This statue is a representation of the Great Star Mother who, with her arms stretched upwards, connects to the vault of heaven and becomes a bridge between heaven and earth.
It is a divine representation connected to the lunar phases of the Oracle of Damanhur and is located at the beginning of the Canal of Birth in Damjl.
The statue is made of Pietragiovane, a mixture that i invented and that is resistant to atmospheric agents. It is the same material used for all the sculptures in the Temples of Humanity.
I like to think of it as a "school" statue; my students participated in its creation, in one of my workshop at Damanhur Crea which lasted a year.
